Sensible Mortgage Community Development Program

Our goal is to build up and support The Greater Claremont Area through education and funding.

We do this three ways:

1. EDUCATING AND SERVING OUR COMMUNITY. We offer free public workshops which focus on Financial Literacy. These workshops include; Understanding Credit, Basic Home Financial Managment, Identity Theft Prevention, Understanding Real Estate Investment in Today's Market,  Personal Goal Setting and  Personal Net Worth Creation.

2. INVOLVEMENT IN THE COMMUNITY. Members of our staff are on The Greater Claremont Board of Directors, The Main Street Claremont Board of Directors, The School Investment Committee and The Greater Claremont Board of Realtors Affiliate Group.

3. DONATING PART OF OUR COMPANIES' AND PARTNER'S PROCEEDS TO WORTHY CAUSES IN OUR GREAT CITY OF CLAREMONT.There are so many great causes in our area needing assistance that we decided to choose several organizations and let you decide where the money goes! We ask that when you apply with Sensible Mortgage Solutions Corporation for your commercial mortgage or Secure Mortgage Corporation for your residential mortgage, that you tell us who you would like to support. We have chosen several programs that focus on children and education. Please let us know which one you would like us to donate to when your loan closes. (Please note, we do not increase any fees to fund this program. It is simply our belief that companies benefit from being in a community and should give back to the community.) If you wish to also donate to one of the groups below, we will cheer you on. Thank you for being part of The Claremont Solution!
